Shannon Spicknall is a Navy veteran of 8 1/2 years.

Injured in the line of duty during a training accident at Camp Lejeune, NC. Shannon was given an Honorable Medical Discharge.

Started a website design and online retail business.

Graduated from McMurry University in Abilene, TX with a BA degree in Multimedia / Graphic Design and Business Administration.

Has owned and managed of both private and chain restaurants.

Former Radio DJ and Radio Producer.

Started volunteering with Step Up For Soldiers in 2010.
